PAYMENT

For our reservation services, you can pay the Total amount or the Deposit amount either by Credit/Debit Card or by money order/EFT on our website. All our prices include VAT.

REMAINING PAYMENT FOR DEPOSIT PAYERS

Those who buy tickets with a deposit are obliged to pay the remaining amount to the tour company or the person in charge before the start of the tour. The remaining payments should be given in cash, since most of the tours do not have a POS device at the start.

Changes to booked tours

Cancellations made 24 hours before the start of the tour will receive a full refund. 50% refund if the tour is between 24 hours and 12 hours from start. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before tour start we will try to refund your money, but in most cases a refund will not be possible.

If you wish to change the date of your tour or change the booked tour to another tour, you must inform us of this at least 12 hours before the tour start time. We will do our best to assist you with an alternative tour and will not charge any additional fees for this service.

If you have booked a tour from Turkey to Greece, you must have a valid passport and visa.
